We are developing new films for the series Big Art for Little Children. This time with thirteen non-Western artists, in co-production with the KRO Youth (Dutch Public Broadcasting). Big Art is a succesfull series of shortfilms for the very young (2-6 years). It's an audiovisual 'picture book' that teaches young children something about the formal language of the visual arts. We are pleased to be funded by the Media Fund. |
At April 19, 2010, the RE:FRAME contest was closed. There were many designs entered and we are delighted by all the creativity. Beautiful, funny and fascinating chairs, lamps, tents and other products. And indeed, besides bags there are more designs possible of old advertising, scaffolding sheets! Mid June all submissions will be judged and in September a large number of designs will be shown in a traveling exhibition. |
This moment in Amsterdam is unique, with so many monumental buildings being covered by scaffolding sheets. Façade is an exhibition on gigantic scaffolding sheets in public space. The project is a reaction on the advertising sheets which determine the townscape. |
